Hi  , I'm looking for a house share in the warrington area. Would ideally like to live around the penketh area as I have a horse there.

I'm 24 yr old professional non-smoking female. I also have a cat (he is neutered, litter trained and very friendly). He does get on well with other cats but is really scared of dogs.

I'm looking to live with down to earth, young (young at heart even!), friendly people who like animals. I'm generally pretty quiet but do like to go out at weekends so mustn't mind me comin in leathered at 4am occasionally!

I'm looking to pay up to a max pf around £300pcm to include most/all bills. Don't mind if the room is furnished or not as I have my own furniture. The house should be clean and well maintained tho.

Would even look at 'buddying up' and finding a house.
